Everyone remembers a good story, but not everyone considers themselves a storyteller. This workshop will provide you with tools and strategies to see storytelling as an everyday skill.
In this program, you will practice techniques on how to understand your target audience, create persuasive content, and learn best practices for delivery. The goal is for you to walk away with a story structure which you can use to transform policies and conversations into inspiring call to actions.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
AYEN DELA TORRE
Consultant of Management Strategies
Ayen's work aims to harness the power of meaningful storytelling.
In 2014, she co-founded a creative community called Where To Next (www.wheretonext.ph). Through their products and events, they have raised over PHP 400,000 to fund livelihood projects of indigenous communities in our country.
Ayen also advises organizations on storytelling and audience engagement. Her past clients include Sony Philippines, Air Asia Philippines, and Tripadvisor. In 2020, she became a grantee of Forest Foundation Philippines where she co-created the podcast Muni On This and Life Stories, a series of gatherings focused on conversations.
Ayen graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and was the recipient of the Global Citizen Scholarship in 2017 at International People’s College in Denmark.
WHAT IS THIS EVENT?
MGTSTRAT-U Public Programs are specially curated 2 to 3-hour learning sessions designed around the 6 Intelligences that enable individuals and teams to cope and thrive during disrupted times.
HOW WILL I LEARN?
Delivered via Zoom over a 2-hour period, the learning sessions will be an interactive combination of discussions, group work, presentations, and activities. This ensures we are able to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to learn.
All participants will receive an e-certificate of completion from Management Strategies.
